Our Made to Measure service allows selected Delara Luxe pieces to be customised using your child’s individual measurements, creating a more considered fit when standard sizing is not quite enough.

What is Made to Measure?
Every child is unique, and standard sizing does not always provide the fit or proportions you are looking for.
Made to Measure is our customisation service available on selected Delara Luxe designs. Instead of relying only on a standard size, you can provide your child’s individual measurements when ordering.
These measurements are then used when preparing the selected garment, giving us the opportunity to create a piece with your child’s proportions in mind.
The service may be available for selected dresses, shirts, coordinated sets and other Delara Luxe styles.

THE PROCESS
How it works
Our Made to Measure service has been designed to make personalisation simple.

Choose your piece
Explore the Delara Luxe collection and select a design where Made to Measure is available.

Select Customise
Choose “Customise” on the product page to open the measurement form.

Enter the measurements
Follow the measurement guide and enter your child’s measurements carefully.
- 04
We prepare your piece
Once the order is placed, the submitted measurements are linked to the item and used when producing your customised order.
MEASUREMENT GUIDE
The right measurements make the difference
The measurements required will depend on the garment you choose.
Depending on the design, we may ask for measurements such as height, chest, waist, hips, shoulder width, arm length and garment length.
Our Customize tool will guide you through the measurements required for the selected piece.
For the most accurate result, measure over light clothing and keep the measuring tape comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.
BEFORE YOU ORDER
Important to know
Because Made to Measure pieces are customised specifically for your order, a few different conditions apply.
Customisation fee
Made to Measure requires additional preparation and tailoring. A customisation fee therefore applies when the service is selected.
Customisation fee applies
Additional production time
Customised pieces require additional preparation and may therefore take longer to produce than standard Delara Luxe items.
Returns of Made to Measure pieces
Made to Measure pieces are prepared specifically using the measurements submitted with the order and are therefore personalised products.
They are generally excluded from the ordinary right of withdrawal.
As an additional service, Delara Luxe allows eligible Made to Measure pieces to be returned under our voluntary 14-day return programme in exchange for store credit.
The customisation fee, original shipping and return shipping are generally excluded from the store-credit value.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected. If an item is faulty, damaged or produced incorrectly, the matter will be handled under the applicable rules for faulty goods.
