Refund policy

Returns and right of withdrawal

As a starting point, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info.delaraluxe@gmail.com before sending it back.

The item must be returned unused, in the same condition as received and with any tags, packaging and accessories intact. We reserve the right to refuse or reduce a refund if the item has been used beyond ordinary fitting or is damaged.

Custom-made items

If a dress is made to order, personally customised or produced to individual measurements or wishes, it may be exempt from the ordinary right of withdrawal when this is clearly stated at purchase. Always contact us if you are unsure.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we refund the amount to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are only refunded where required by applicable rules or where the return is due to an error on our part.

Complaints

If the item is defective or incorrect on receipt, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will help with an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer rules.
