Products

DelaraLuxe offers occasion dresses with a focus on craftsmanship, details and quality. As several products are handmade or produced in small batches, minor variations in materials, details and colours may occur. We always try to present products as accurately as possible.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK), unless otherwise stated. Any delivery costs are shown at checkout before the order is completed. Payment is made through the methods available at checkout.

Order confirmation

After completing a purchase, you receive an order confirmation by email. If errors occur in stock status, price or product information, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.

Withdrawal, returns and complaints

Rules for returns, refunds and complaints are stated in our return policy. Special terms may apply to custom-fitted or personally made items when clearly stated at purchase.
